Thank you for purchasing DownForge.
Because DownForge provides digital services and usage-based credits, all purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been delivered or the subscription has started.
Eligible Refunds
We may provide a refund in the following situations:
- Duplicate or accidental payments.
- Technical issues that prevent the service from functioning and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions (subject to verification).
Non-Refundable Purchases
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
- Credits that have already been used.
- Subscription periods that have already started.
- User errors, including purchasing the wrong plan or changing their mind.
- Service interruptions caused by third-party platforms or circumstances beyond our control.
Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund payments already made.
