Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 3, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to DownForge. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Scope of Service
DownForge provides a creator-focused content toolkit for saving, organizing, converting, subtitling, and managing media. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
3. Lawful Content Use
Users may only process content they own, have explicit permission to use, or are otherwise legally entitled to access. Copyright infringement and any attempt to bypass access controls, DRM, or platform security protections are strictly prohibited. We may restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations, and we respond to valid rights-holder notices.
4. Pro Access and Payment
Pro Week Pass, Pro Month Pass, and Pro Year Pass are one-time purchases for a fixed period of Pro access. They are not subscriptions: they do not auto-renew and your payment method is not charged again after purchase. Access lasts for the paid period; buy another pass if you want to continue after it expires. For order issues, use the payment provider’s support channel or contact [email protected]. Except where required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy, paid access periods are generally not prorated for refunds.
5. User Responsibility, Disclaimer, and Limitation of Liability
Users are solely responsible for verifying rights and for how they use the service. The service is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DownForge and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service or these terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD 100. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
6. Prohibited Conduct and Account Actions
You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, deceptive, harassing, threatening, or harmful activity; impersonate another person; distribute malware or spam; interfere with security or service operation; scrape, automate, or send excessive requests that burden the service; evade usage limits; share or resell account access without authorization; fail to pay applicable charges; or otherwise violate these terms. Depending on severity and recurrence, we may warn you, remove content, limit features, reverse abusive benefits, suspend access, or terminate the account. We may act without advance notice when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders, the service, or third parties. You may appeal an account action by contacting [email protected].
7. Infringement Notices
Upon receiving valid rights-holder notices, we may investigate and take necessary action, including limiting access, removing related outputs, or suspending or terminating accounts. For disputes or compliance support, contact [email protected].
